How to place an order?

3. Click on the button to add a free item. (Of course you have to qualify for the corresponding promotion).
4. Once you have finished shopping, click on the button or View Cart link to review the items in your shopping cart.
5. Click on the button on the shopping cart page to select a payment type. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, check and money order.
